How it works
A Simple Six-Step Process

Tell us about your property.
We Assess Your Property
Once we’ve completed our initial desktop assessment, one of our experienced property professionals will arrange a convenient time to inspect your property.
During the inspection, we’ll assess the property’s condition, accommodation, location, improvements and overall investment potential. We’ll also discuss your objectives, answer any questions you may have and gather any additional information required.
Following the inspection, we prepare a comprehensive Property Opportunity Report, including photographs, property details, market observations and any other information our buyers require to properly evaluate the opportunity.
This professional assessment ensures buyers receive accurate information, allowing them to make informed offers and reducing unnecessary delays later in the process.
We Identify the Right Buyers
Once your Property Opportunity Report has been completed, we carefully identify the buyers within our network whose investment criteria best match your property.
Not every investor is looking for the same opportunity. Some specialise in renovation projects, others focus on rental investments, sectional title properties, development opportunities or properties in specific locations.
Rather than sending your property to every buyer, we present it only to those buyers most likely to have a genuine interest. This targeted approach helps generate more meaningful offers while maintaining the confidentiality of your enquiry.
Suitable buyers are invited to review the Property Opportunity Report and submit their best offer, together with any proposed terms and conditions.
We Obtain Cash Offers
Your Property Opportunity Report is presented to the selected buyers within our network, who are invited to evaluate the opportunity and submit their best cash offer, together with any proposed terms and conditions.
Because different investors have different investment strategies, risk appetites and return requirements, it’s not uncommon for the same property to attract more than one offer. This gives you the opportunity to consider not only the purchase price, but also factors such as settlement timeframes, occupation arrangements and any other conditions that may be important to you.
Our objective is to obtain suitable offers within 48 hours of completing the property assessment. Once the offers have been received, we’ll review them with you, explain the terms and answer any questions, allowing you to make an informed decision.
YOU DECIDE
Once we’ve received the offers, we’ll present each one to you and explain the purchase price, terms and any conditions attached.
We’ll discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each offer, answer any questions you may have and help you understand the available options.
The decision is entirely yours. There is no obligation to accept any offer, and if none of the offers meet your expectations, you are free to decline them all.
Our role is to provide you with the information and guidance you need to make an informed decision.
We Manage the Transfer Process
Once you’ve accepted an offer, we’ll coordinate the transaction through to registration.
We’ll work closely with the conveyancing attorneys, the purchaser and any other parties involved to ensure the process progresses as smoothly as possible.
Where necessary, we can also assist with matters such as:
- Flexible occupation arrangements
- Existing home loans
- Compliance certificates (where applicable)
- Liaison with banks and other stakeholders
- Keeping you informed throughout the transfer process
Our objective is to make the sale as straightforward and stress-free as possible, right through to the day the property is transferred into the purchaser’s name.
Why It Works
- Unlike selling traditionally, your property is introduced directly to buyers looking for opportunities like yours.
- No unnecessary marketing.
- No repeated show houses.
- No waiting months to see whether a buyer can obtain finance.
